Track Your Order

Placed an order with Swanah? Here's how to check on it:

1. Check your email. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.
2. Log in to your account. If you created an account at checkout, sign in and visit Order History to see the current status of every order you've placed.
3. Contact us. Can't find your tracking info, or has it been more than 5 business days without an update? Reach out on our Contact Us page and we'll look into it right away.

Order Timeline

• Processing: 1–2 business days to prepare your order.
• In Transit: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivered: You'll get a confirmation once it's dropped off.
