Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

• Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Item is not from our non-returnable categories (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Intimate apparel and swimwear
• Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our team via the Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours of the same product, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
